The receipts go in the glovebox, the door pocket, the back of the estimate folder. You work the job. You get paid. You never find out what it actually cost you. So the next quote is a guess built on the last guess.

Here you type the job name and the price you quoted. After that, every cost is one photo in the parking lot. It reads the store and the total and lands it on the job.

Hours are a tap. A paint store run is a tap, at the IRS mileage rate. When the work is done you close the job, and it tells you flat what you cleared and what that came to per hour.
